We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you have a problem with your order, please see our refund and returns policy below.

Terms and conditions :

  1. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Items that are damaged or show signs of use will not be accepted for return or refund.

  2. Requests for returns or refunds must be made within [14 days] of the date of receipt of the order.

  3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or damaged items :

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within [14 days] of receipt of the order. We will ask you to provide photos showing the defects or damage. Depending on the situation, we will offer you a full refund, a replacement or a credit note for a future purchase.

Delivery errors :

  1. If the delivery error is due to an error on our part, we will send a new item at no extra cost to the customer.

  2. If the delivery error is due to a customer error, such as an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. No refund will be given in this case.

Cancellations :

Order cancellations must be requested prior to shipment. If a cancellation is requested after this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation of the order and no refund will be given.

Refunds (if any) :

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item and whether or not your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within [45 days].

Sale items (if any) :

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if any) :

International returns :

International customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns and exchanges, as well as any taxes and customs duties. We cannot refund shipping costs, taxes or duties for international orders.

If the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer you a full refund or reship the order, whichever you prefer.

Refusal of parcels :

If you refuse to accept delivery of a parcel without consulting us first, the cost of the return shipment and any reshipment costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
