Delivery
If you decide to change your order before shipment, we will do the necessary to change your order, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait to receive it before returning your package, please contact customer support via chat for more information.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period according to the laws in force in your country. You can contact customer support to answer your request.
Delivery is totally free on thekalimba.com, we do our utmost to offer the best customer experience. Delivery times depend on our suppliers, and can vary from 15 to 90 days in cases of very high demand or force majeure.
We are committed to delivering your package as quickly as possible. In order to protect the environment, our shipments are mainly made by boat, which can explain delays. Please contact customer service via the contact section for more information.
Secure payment
Our platform is secured by the Paypal payment system. Stripe in order to offer you the best guarantees.
Please contact Paypal customer service or Stripe according to your choice if you encounter a problem concerning the payment of your order.
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days according to the law in force, contact our customer support, they can then help you, the refund will take place following receipt of the return package by our supplier or in our premises in the case appropriate.
Return and others
We have a follow-up for deliveries on request, we can refund you within 90 days (for deliveries in Europe) of your order if the parcel has not been reported as received by the delivery service concerned.
If the withdrawal period has passed, we can offer you a solution or a partial refund on a case-by-case basis after receipt of your package. Please contact support via the dedicated chat at the bottom left of the page.
TheKalimba, with Reforesaction, buys land and plants trees thanks to a payment of 20% of the profits (after deduction of the company's material and human costs, etc.) in increments of 300€, i.e. around 100 trees including labor, land and trees!
