Delivery

Right of withdrawal

In the event of any conflict between these GTC and any other document or communication, these GTC shall prevail.
The non-application or non-execution by TheKalimba.com of any provision of these GTC shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or of any other right or remedy provided by law.
Force majeure
TheKalimba.com shall not be held liable for the non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations under these GTS in the event of a force majeure event. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of war, terrorist attacks, riots, strikes, transportation problems, shortages of materials, interruptions of public services (electricity, telecommunications, etc.), pandemics, government decisions or any other unforeseeable and insurmountable circumstance beyond the reasonable control of TheKalimba.com.

Claims and mediation
In the event of a dispute or complaint concerning an order, the customer is invited to first contact our customer service department to try to resolve the problem amicably. Language
These GCS are written in French. In the event of translation into another language, the French text alone shall prevail in the event of dispute.
